Our Core Values
At Lima First Assembly of God, we hold steadfast to a set of core values that embody our faith and shape our community:
- Love: We believe that love is the greatest commandment, and we strive to demonstrate God's love to each individual we encounter. Love encompasses acceptance, compassion, and genuine care for fellow human beings.
- Faith: Faith lies at the heart of everything we do. We trust in the power of God and believe that through Him, all things are possible. We encourage individuals to pursue a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and develop a deep, unwavering faith.
- Worship: We value the act of worship as a transformative experience that connects us with the divine. Whether through music, prayer, or teaching, we seek to create an atmosphere where individuals can encounter God and express their devotion.

Our Statement of Faith
Lima First Assembly of God adheres to the following statement of faith:
1. The Holy Scriptures: We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, infallible, and the ultimate authority in matters of faith and life.
2. The Trinity: We believe in the existence of one God, eternally expressed in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3. Salvation: We believe in salvation through Jesus Christ, His death, burial, and resurrection. Salvation is a free gift of God, obtained by grace through faith.
4. The Church: We believe in the Church as the body of Christ, consisting of all believers. The Church exists to worship, serve, and spread the Gospel.
5. Baptism and Communion: We believe in baptism by immersion as an outward expression of inward faith. We also observe communion, remembering the sacrificial death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
6. Holy Spirit: We believe in the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer, empowering and enabling them to live a godly life and carry out the Great Commission.
7. Eternal Life: We believe in the eternal existence of every person. Those who accept Jesus Christ will live eternally with Him, while those who reject Him will face eternal separation.
